The driver and the company guide will pick you up for your journey to Bwindi national park which is about 10hrs from Kampala. Bwindi is in the south western side of the country through a verdant country side near the borders with Rwanda and Congo. Along you will see a great country side. You will be fascinated by the traditional drum makers, a photo shoot at the Equator and the Ankole long horned cattle near Mbarara town. You will have your lunch in Mbarara, you will then proceed further to the south west through the fascinating scenery of Kabale with rolling hills adorned with terraces. Arriving late, check in at a hotel you will choose for an overnight. Accommodations at Bwindi include: Buhoma community rest camp, Buhoma lodge, Silver back lodge, Gorilla resort, Jungle view lodge, Sanctuary Gorilla forest Camp. -
Following an early morning breakfast, the driver will be picking you up to report to the park headquarters for briefing by the senior park ranger guide. There are 3 places where the mountain gorillas can be tracked in Bwindi National Park namely: Buhoma, Nkuring and Rushoga. Gorilla tracking takes a minimum of 2 hrs. and a maximum of 6 hrs. After the gorillas have been tracked, you will be given 1hr with them to enjoy the most exciting and emotional moment with them for conservation purposes. Observe the gentle giants as they feed, groom their young ones, make love and play. Have your lunch and after you may take a community visit as you experience the life style of the local communities. Visit a traditional herbalist, black smith and a local brewery to see how beer is brewed using local methods. Enjoy the traditional dances offered by the community. After your early morning breakfast, you will drive through the country side passing through traditional homesteads and farms. You will have lunch at any town of your choice along and then continue to Queen Elizabeth National through the southern part of the park (Ishasha sector) as you look out for the tree climbing lions resting in the fig trees. You may as well be rewarded by the sight of cobs, water bucks and other antelopes grazing in the Ishasha plains. Continue to the upper park as an evening game drive. Retire and check in a hotel of your convenience. Preferably, Jacana lodge with excellent services.

Wake up early for the morning game drive to catch up with the early raisers like the leopard, lion, spotted hyena among others. The park’s diverse ecosystem of grassy plains, tropical forest, rivers, swamps, lakes and volcanic craters is home to an incredible abundance of wildlife. As you take the Kasenyi trail, look out for buffalos, elephants, giraffes, warthogs, topis, kobs, waterbucks, bush bucks, bush duikers among others with the help of a ranger guide the park also has various bird species some of which to expect are: martial eagle, the Woodland kingfisher, the great blue turaco, the grey plantain eater among the 606 species recorded in the park. Return to the lodge for a late breakfast. After lunch go for the afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel. This is a home of a variety of water birds including the African Fish eagle, the African Skimmer, pelican, the pre-historic looking shoe bill and mammals along its banks on a hot day will include : hippos, elephants, buffaloes and waterbucks can be sighted as they bathe and drink water at the water edge. Crocodiles are common residents and are regularly sighted along the channel banks. Dinner will be served and an overnight at Jacana lodge.

After breakfast, you will transfer to Kibale forest national park which is known as a home to the Chimpanzees. You will pass through Kasese as you enjoy the captivating sight of the Rwenzori glacial peaks which really look very beautiful at a distance. You may also get the chance to sight the sempaya hot springs of semuliki whose steams and evaporation can do seen 2km away from the hot spring itself. Arrive in Kibale in time for lunch. After lunch, you will embark on a nature walk through Bigodi wetland for primate and bird watching. Check in your hotel for an overnight.

Rise by 6am for an early morning breakfast, after report to the park headquarters with your packed lunch for briefing by an expert park guide. Proceed to track man’s cousins of all the apes in this vast forest. You are most likely to sight other primates like olive baboons, leopards, buffaloes, duikers, golden cats, bonobos, red colobus, black and white colobus, red and blue monkeys, grey cheeked mangabey among others as well as a wide variety of birds species. After they have been tracked, you will be given time with then maximum of one hour to watch them perform their duties and take pictures with them if you can. If time allows, you may take an optional evening visit to the crater lakes of Ndali. Retire for drinks and an overnight at your lodge.

Wake up early for your breakfast, and then you will be leaving for Murchison falls in the north. You will have a stopover in Fort portal to see the cleanest town in Uganda and also have your lunch there. After you will proceed to Murchison falls. On reaching, you will proceed for a sunset cruise on River Nile or drive to the top of the falls where the calm Nile perfects its beauty, forcing its mighty self through the narrow 8 meter gorge. After check in your lodge for dinner and an overnight.

Have your breakfast early enough as the driver and the ranger guide will pick you up for an early morning game drive so that you can catch up with the early risers like the hyenas, giraffes, velvet monkeys, warthogs, herds of buffaloes, antelope, elephant, lion, jackals and so many others. You will also encounter many bird species which will be a beautiful experience for bird watchers. You will then go back to your lodge, checkout and leave for Kampala immediately. you will have your lunch in Masindi and proceed to Kampala where the driver will drop you to the place agreed upon.
