Packing the right camera gear for Murchison game drives, low-light forest treks and Nile boat cruises separates keepers from missed shots. Use this checklist when preparing for roughly 6–7 hours by road via Masindi and Kichumbanyobo gate road transfers and multi-park circuits.

Camera Body and Lenses
DSLR or mirrorless with telephoto 100–400 mm or 150–600 mm for Buligi wildlife. Wide-angle 16–35 mm for falls and landscape.
Rain cover essential March–May and October–November. Dust protection for dry-season tracks.
Supports and Bags
Bean bag for vehicle window rest — tripods impractical on game drives. Dry bag for boat cruise spray near falls.
