4 Day Murchison Falls Safari

Game Drives

The safari includes two morning game drives in Murchison Falls National Park. The exact routes are selected by the guide based on wildlife movements, road conditions and recent sightings.

Game drives are normally conducted in a safari vehicle with opening windows and, where available, a pop-up roof for viewing and photography.

Nile Boat Cruise

The boat cruise travels upstream from the Paraa area towards the base of Murchison Falls. It offers opportunities to observe river wildlife, waterbirds and animals along the banks.

Chimpanzee Trekking

Chimpanzee trekking takes place in Budongo Forest under the supervision of trained ranger guides. A valid permit is required, and availability must be confirmed before the safari.

Rhino Tracking

Rhino tracking is conducted on foot at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Participants must follow the ranger’s instructions and maintain the required viewing distance.
